EXECUTIVE COACHING & GUIDANCE
We work with executive leadership to guide greater understanding and/or communication of DEI's impact within their organization. We support DEI leadership in moving forward buy-in. We also provide Spanish translation, interpreters and language coaching to help meet the needs of a culturally diverse workforce.

TENEA WATSON NELSON, PHD
Founder and CEO
Dr. Tenea Watson Nelson is a leading practitioner of inclusion and diversity. She utilizes her unique lived and professional experiences to champion social change, particularly in STEM. As a Genentech and Gilead scientist, and a decade-long Stanford University Diversity and Inclusion Assistant Dean, Tenea moved forward innovative organizational DEI solutions through knowledge building, process improvement, and behavioral change. Tenea earned her PhD and MS in Toxicology and Environmental Medicine from the University of Rochester, and her BS in Chemistry from Mary Baldwin University. She is from the U.S. East Coast and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for almost two decades.
